Jen obtained a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from the University of East Anglia in 2009. She then continued studying at the University of East Anglia to obtain a Master of Laws degree in International Commercial and Business Law gaining a Distinction with Merit, and then went on to complete her Legal Practice Course in 2011 at the College of Law in Moorgate, London, gaining a Commendation.
Jen joined the Legal Team of a large charity in Sudbury as their Legacy Officer for two years where she oversaw the management and collection of all legacies left to the charity and optimised the income of the legacies.
After this, she joined an American law firm in the City of London as the Paralegal in their Financial Services department for a year and a half. As the only Paralegal in that team, she worked closely with all members of the team in domestic and cross-border matters in mainly securitisation and asset-based lending transactions.
Jen joined Gudgeons Prentice as a trainee solicitor in January 2015 and subsequently qualified as a solicitor in January 2017. She has joined the Commercial Property department dealing with all aspects of Commercial Property work including the acquisition of development sites; commercial and residential leases; the sale and purchase of commercial property and the sale and purchase of businesses.
Jen has always lived in the local area and knows the importance of providing a friendly and professional service.
