Lisa is a Chartered Fellow of CILEX and Head of the Residential Conveyancing Department at Gudgeons Prentice. Having joined the firm in 1999, she has over 25 years of experience in residential property law and takes great pride in helping clients through every stage of their property journey, providing reassurance, guidance and practical support from instruction through to completion.

Lisa advises on all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and other property-related matters. Known for her approachable manner and commitment to client care, she understands that moving home can be both exciting and stressful. She works closely with her clients to provide clear, practical advice and a personal service, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the process.

As Head of Department, Lisa is dedicated to maintaining the high standards of service for which Gudgeons Prentice is known, combining technical expertise with a friendly and down-to-earth approach.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and taking long walks in the countryside with her dog.
