Our client app is free to download from the app store, and is a free service for our clients. We offer the app as part of our commitment to delivering a premium level of service to our clients, and we recommend our clients download the app so that they can receive instant updates on their case.

Yes. Our app is more secure than communication by telephone, email and post. There are a number of security features built into the app to protect you, one of these is the encryption of data.

Our existing service is still there to support you, but our app means you can manage your case completely remotely, from the comfort of your own home, if you choose to do so. Should you prefer a personal meeting please let us know, and an appointment can be made for a mutually agreeable time.
