3+ Year PQE Solicitor / Paralegal - Private Client

We are a busy, well-established high-street firm based in Stowmarket.

We are seeking a fully qualified, experienced & highly skilled and Private Client Solicitor, Paralegal or Legal Executive to join our busy team.

Attractive & negotiable salary package available dependant on experience & qualifications, including a bonus scheme.

We have full time & part time vacancies available.

As a Private Client Paralegal or Legal Executive, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to clients in matters related to Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, and Probate.

Your expertise in drafting legal documents will be crucial in ensuring the best outcomes for our clients.

Duties

• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on private client matters

• Draft and review legal documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney

• Assist clients with estate planning and administration

• Handle probate matters

• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and records

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service

Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
