In person or video call. Up to 1 hour: £100 plus VAT

Fixed Fee Divorce

From drafting application to obtaining final Order, usual procedure with advice: £800 plus VT (if payable and not exempt)

Change of Name

Statutory Declaration or Change of Name Deed: £150 plus VAT

Cohabitation Agreement

Drafting to final signed document confirming financial agreement: £1,250 plus VAT or hourly rate

Pre-Nuptial or Post Nuptial Agreement

Drafting to final signed document confirming financial agreement: £1,250 plus VAT or hourly rate

Separation Agreement

Drafting to final signed document confirming financial agreement: £1,250 plus VAT

Consent Order

Drafting Order setting out agreed financial settlement and further documents to obtaining sealed Order, if approved. Does not include disclosure or negotiating a settlement: £1,250 plus VAT, or hourly rate, plus Court fee or half (as often shared)
