Rohima Begum

Commercial Property Paralegal

Rohima recently joined the firm as a Commercial Property Paralegal, supporting the partners of the department with a wide range of matters, including commercial sales, purchases, leases, lease assignments, lease extensions, and deeds of variation of lease, and mortgage agreements. 

Rohima holds a LLB Law Degree from the University of Essex (2018) and a Master’s in International Commercial and Business Law from the University of East Anglia (2020), and she is currently undertaking the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) with the firm with a view to qualify as a solicitor.

Born and raised in Suffolk, Rohima has worked locally in Suffolk and Essex, gaining experience in prior firms in property securitisation and commercial property. Working locally is important to Rohima as it allows her to serve clients in the community she knows and understands.

 She prides herself on catering to clients’ individual needs, providing a proactive and personal service, and building strong, professional relationships through attentive and tailored support.

Outside of work, Rohima enjoys keeping active by going to the gym, spending quality time with family and friends, and exploring new places on long drives and city breaks. On top of English,  she speaks Bengali, Urdu, and Hindi, which allows her to communicate with and relate to a broad range of people.
