SIMON TILLING

Simon Tilling qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and joined the Wills and Probate Team at Gudgeons Prentice in 2021.

With a background in dealing with property liability claims, professional negligence and other insurance related disputes, Simon re-trained as a private client lawyer seven years ago. Simon advises on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration and Contentious Probate matters including disputes in relation to Wills/Powers of Attorney, Inheritance Act claims and Court of Protection applications.

Outside of work, Simon enjoys playing tennis and has a longstanding interest in horse racing.
