Tom qualified as a solicitor in 2021. He is a solicitor within our commercial property department and was promoted to partner in the Spring of 2024.

Tom deals with a wide variety of commercial, agricultural & residential property matters, including:

• Acquisition and disposal of Commercial, Residential & Agricultural Property/Land
• Commercial and Residential Leases & Licences
• Deeds of Easements
• Overage Deeds
• Option Agreements/Pre-Emption Rights
• Adverse Possession
• First Registrations
• Property Refinancing/Bridging Loans

During his spare time, Tom can be found scuba diving or spending time with his family.
